The invention relates to the device of hackling machines, namely, the cardinal node of the card.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the uniformity of the web during the processing of a mixture of fibers.
FIG. 1 shows a hackle knot, side view; in fig. 2 is a schematic representation of a main drum; in fig. 3 is a schematic view of a slag with wire chipping sections.
The card card knuckle includes a frame 1 on which the main drum 2 is installed with a serrated headset, a serrated tape 3 spirally wound on its surface. Above the main drum 2 are fixed headgears 4-7, each of which has parallel wire wires each sections 8-11.
A feeding device with a feeding table 12 is also installed on the bed 1, followed by the receiving drum 13, along which the receiving drum 13 follows, under which the carding element of the receiving drum 14 is located.
The wire wire sections 8 and 9 of the first and second fibers along the paths 4 and 5 are angled: to the plane, perpendicular p4. The node according to claim 3, which is different from and. the fact that the sections of the slag are divided by holes.

Carding node works as follows.
The fiber is fed by a feeding device with a feeding table 12 to the receiving drum 13 and the carding element of the receiving drum 14. Then it goes to the main drum 2, where between the headset
the main drum 2 and wire scraping sections 8-11 through 5-7, the fiber is combed, after which it is removed by means of a removable drum 15 and fed to the table 16
and to calender rolls 17.
Such a design of the wire wire sections and the sawing tape of the main drum makes it possible to increase the uniformity of the batt by
reduced fiber slippage, which results in improved quality of combed fiber.

1. THE CARD NODE OF THE CARDCARD MACHINE, containing the main drum with a saw headset formed by a saw tape spirally wound on its surface, and fixed hats installed with the possibility of interaction with it, each of which has parallel to each other wire scratching sections, characterized in that that, in order to increase the uniformity of the webs during the processing of the mixture of fibers, the wire scratching sections of the first and second caps along the direction of travel are located at an angle to the plane, perpendicular the primary axis of rotation of the main drum, and are anti-directional, and the scratching sections of subsequent caps are located in a plane parallel to the plane extending perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the main drum.
